Discover a slice of Tokyo at Rintaro, where the artisanal ice cream and gelato are inspired by the rhythms of the seasons.

Founded by Shintaro Nakajima, a Tokyo native who settled in Bangkok after successfully opening his first two gelaterias back home, Rintaro offers an array of 18 rotating seasonal flavours with an emphasis on local ingredients. The ice cream is made fresh daily, using no artificial additives and only the natural sweetness of ripe fruits and pure honey. The creamy gelatos are served in freshly baked, Japanese-style waffle cones, available in maple or cacao. From the refreshing zest of spring matcha to the lush richness of summer mango and the bitter-sweet Chumpon Cacao, each flavour is a journey in itself, inviting you to savour the world one spoonful at a time.
